Returns and Refunds
- If you wish to cancel an item and you ordered through PayPal, associated PayPal fees will NOT be refunded.
- Unopened products can be sent back within 7 days after delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Buyer must pay return shipping.
- Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged. Please read product descriptions thoroughly before ordering. If you have any questions about the product before purchase, I’d love to answer them!
- If the item is damaged, please let me know and we will work something out.
Shipping
All shipping overages of $1 or more will be refunded.
I use eco-friendly, recycled and compostable packaging to ship my products. Boxes are packed with reused and repurposed materials. In some cases it is significantly cheaper for to use flat rate USPS packaging, so this will be used in those instances.
All packages will be shipped standard ground USPS to verified addresses. If you need expedited shipping, please message me and we’ll work something out.
All US packages will include tracking information. International packages do NOT include tracking information. International customers are responsible for any tariffs and fees that their country requires for their shipment.
Listing fees will not be refunded for an order you wish to cancel, return or is shipped to an incorrectly provided address. The product price, minus the listing fees will however be refunded.
